4. Acting Academy Admissions

When you apply for Roshan Parda Acting Academy, you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

Submitting an academy form, inquiry, or registration request does not automatically guarantee admission, seat confirmation, certificate, casting opportunity, employment, modelling work, or professional placement.

Admission, class schedule, batch timing, training format, and course availability may depend on internal review, availability, eligibility, payment status, and academy policy.

Students are expected to behave professionally, respect instructors and fellow students, follow class rules, attend sessions responsibly, and maintain discipline during training.

5. Talent, Modelling & Casting Submissions

If you submit a profile as an actor, model, performer, presenter, artist, or creative talent, you confirm that the information, photos, videos, links, and materials you provide are accurate and belong to you or are submitted with proper permission.

Submitting a talent or modelling profile does not guarantee selection, casting, promotion, paid work, portfolio creation, agency representation, academy admission, or any professional opportunity.

Roshan Parda Productions may review submitted profiles for relevant academy, casting, production, modelling, event, or media-related purposes. Any opportunity, if available, will be communicated separately.

6. Photos, Videos & Submitted Content

If you submit photos, videos, audition clips, showreels, scripts, concepts, portfolio material, or other content to Roshan Parda Productions, you give us permission to review and store that content for the purpose for which it was submitted.

We will not claim ownership of your original private submissions. However, by submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us.

If you participate in a class, event, workshop, audition, shoot, production, or promotional activity, photos and videos may be captured for documentation, training, marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes, subject to applicable consent and project terms.

7. Production & Creative Service Requests

When you request film production, media services, event coverage, promotional content, or creative work, the final scope of work should be confirmed through written communication, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or approved project plan.

Project timelines, revisions, deliverables, shoot dates, locations, creative direction, and final output may depend on the agreed scope, client cooperation, production requirements, payment status, and practical availability.

Changes outside the approved scope may require additional time, cost, or written approval.

8. Events, Workshops & Participation

For events, workshops, auditions, seminars, promotional activities, or public programs, Roshan Parda Productions may set specific registration rules, entry requirements, age requirements, fees, schedules, and conduct guidelines.

We may refuse entry, cancel registration, or remove a participant if there is misconduct, false information, safety concern, non-payment, violation of rules, or behavior that affects the event, team, guests, students, or participants.

9. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Fees for academy programs, workshops, production services, events, shoots, or media projects may vary depending on the service, package, scope, timing, and requirements.

Payment terms, due dates, refund conditions, cancellation rules, and service charges should be confirmed through official communication, invoice, receipt, admission form, proposal, or agreement.

Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, paid fees may be non-refundable once a seat is reserved, training begins, a booking is confirmed, production planning starts, creative work begins, or service resources are allocated.

Any refund, adjustment, rescheduling, or cancellation request will be reviewed according to the relevant service terms and situation.

10. User Responsibilities

Creative, academy, talent, production, and media results depend on multiple factors, including individual effort, skill development, market demand, client decisions, production needs, timing, and opportunity availability.
