Roshan Parda Productions is a Multan-based entertainment and talent platform. Our work covers dance, performance and talent promotion, including our dance academy in Multan and our talent profiles. Our social media pages are often the first place people discover us, so we need someone who can look after them properly.
Job Details
- Position: Social Media Page Manager
- Location: Gulgasht, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan
- Gender: Female candidates only
- Job type: Full-time
- Salary: PKR 30000
- Working hours: 10 AM – 10 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube pages
- Plan and publish a weekly content calendar
- Create posts, reels, stories and short videos for dance and talent content
- Write captions and hashtags that suit our audience in Multan and across Pakistan
- Reply to comments and messages promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the team to cover events, rehearsals and shoots
- Track page performance (reach, engagement, followers) and report monthly
- Keep all posts consistent with the Roshan Parda brand
Requirements
- Experience managing business or entertainment social media pages
- Good command of Urdu and English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar)
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Understanding of hashtags, posting times and how each platform’s algorithm works
- Creative, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work on-site in Gulgasht, Multan
- Own smartphone and basic content-creation skills
Nice to Have
- A portfolio or links to pages you have managed
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and paid ads
- An interest in dance, fashion, events or entertainment
- Photography or videography skills
